Health and Fitness
Bring your workout mats and your water shoes for Nature Postings Health and Fitness Events. These events encourage a healthy lifestyle, as well as combining fitness and fun! We provide Boot camp classes that will get adults up and moving, as well as Zumba classes that can be geared towards some of our younger adventurers. Both of these events include a workout on land, and a work out on kayaks.
