HOURS AND DROP OFF/PICK UP PROCEDURE:
Program hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Drop off and Pick up will be behind the building to avoid people inside the facility. Please follow the signs in the parking lot and drive around. Parents or visitors are not allowed inside the studio to avoid contamination and keep the number of participants safe. We will not open our doors before that time. From 8 am to 8:30 our staff disinfects the lab and common areas before participants’ arrival to minimize the spread of diseases. We do not offer afterschool care; all kids need to be picked up between 4:30-5:00 pm
SOCIAL MEDIA:
After each day, we will be postings photos of the adventures on our INSTAGRAM page. Please like our page and enjoy the adventures from home!
BIKES, HELMETS, AND WATER BOTTLE HOLDERS
Bikes and helmets are required every day. Due to limited space, we do not allow participants to leave their bikes in the facility. Please make sure to check your kids’ bikes before camp starts, this includes breaks and tires. Biking is our only way of transportation between activities. To minimize the contact of water bottles with other water bottles, we are REQUIRING a water bottle holder for each bike or a basket where kids can keep their water bottles while biking. WE DO NOT ALLOW camel bags; this does not keep the water cold enough, and kids get tired of carrying them in the bag. We bike up to 10 miles in one day.
NO REFUND DUE TO LIMITED SPACE:
We understand family emergencies, surprise vacations, and sickness but our program has limited space. Last-minute cancellations limit the opportunities for other families to be part of the adventures. Refunds will not be available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
Thank you and see you soon!!!!
