SUMMER CAMP TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service are applicable to both parents and children attending or participating in any or all summer camp programs or activities associated with Nature Postings Inc.

GENERAL TERMS

​

1. The directors reserve the right, at their discretion, to withdraw any camper whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory, dangerous or incompatible to the Summer Camp or who will not live within the rules and policies of the Summer Camp. If this occurs, no reduction or return of fee, or any part thereof will be made. Parents will also be responsible for any extra costs associated with returning their child home early.

2. Children maintaining the highest standard of conduct is required at all times. Using profanity, disparaging dialogues, physical violence or threats during participation in the Summer Camp is strictly prohibited. Summer Camp rules and instructions of Summer Camp counselors and staff must be followed at all times.

3. By accepting these Terms of Service, the parent confirms that his or her child has permission to participate in all camp programs, camp trips, special outings planned and supervised by Nature Postings Inc.

4. I hereby consent to my child receiving medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during any activity and understand that NATURE POSTINGS INC. (and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, partners and agents, activity holders and sponsors), ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any medical expenses and/or treatment.‎

5. Parent is advised and agrees that animals, including, but not limited to, mammals, reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, arachnids and insects will be present on all properties where Summer Camp operates as a part of the summer program.

6. All prescription medicine provided by a licensed doctor must be turned into the Nature Postings Inc. staff upon arrival with instructions in English. This will be dispensed by Nature Postings Inc. staff only.

7. All your child's personal belongings are their own responsibility, unless loss or damage is proven to be due to Nature Postings Inc. negligence. Expensive and treasured items such as jewelry, designer clothes or shoes, trainers, etc., should not be brought to the Summer Camp.

8. All children at Summer Camp are prohibited from bringing or using all tobacco products, alcohol and drugs of any kind.

9. No electronic equipment, including but not limited to: mobile phones, computers, TVs and video games are allowed at Summer Camp. No food items, including candy or any nuts related food, are allowed at Summer Camp. Please do not send packages to your child that contain any of these items.

10. Parents agree to support Summer Camp by encouraging children to abide by the highest standards of positive conduct. They will discuss constructive concerns, if any, regarding Summer Camp, counselor or staff behavior or company policies with Nature Postings Inc. management.

11. Parents agree to pay for property damage caused directly, or indirectly, as a result of negligent action of their child.

12. By accepting these Terms of Service, the parent confirms his or her acceptance that his or her child may be pictured/photographed and that such material can be used by Nature Postings Inc. and/or Nature Postings Inc.’s business partners for promotion or marketing of the Summer Camp.

13. The copyright of all photography appearing on our brochures or websites belongs to Nature Postings Inc. No reproduction may be made without prior permission from the Nature Postings Inc. management.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY – Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form

1. I, ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD, HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH NATURE POSTINGS INC., including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. I, on behalf of my child, also assume all risks resulting from any and all interactions with animals on all properties where Summer Camp operates.

2. I certify that my child is physically fit, has sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this Summer Camp, and has not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my child’s participation in this Summer Camp. NATURE POSTINGS INC. EMPLOYEES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY CHILD’S HEALTH OR MEDICATIONS.‎

3. I, on behalf of my child, acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the NATURE POSTINGS INC, sponsors, partners, organizers of the activity in which my child may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.‎

4. NATURE POSTINGS INC. IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY BODY INJURY OF ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY PERSON RELATED TO THE PARTICIPANT.‎

5. I, on behalf of my child, WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of NATURE POSTINGS INC., EMPLOYEES, related entities or persons released, for my child’s death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to my child including my child’s participation, traveling to and from this activity, event or any related activity, including any and all interactions with animals, with Nature Postings Inc. and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, partners and agents, and the activity holders and
   sponsors.‎

6. I, on behalf of my child, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned herein from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this Summer Camp, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.‎

7. I, on behalf of my child, acknowledge that NATURE POSTINGS INC. and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.‎

8. I, on behalf of my child, acknowledge that this Summer Camp may involve a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, animal encounters and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers.‎

9. This Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.‎

10. I, ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD, CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.‎

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Registration fees are non-refundable.

2. All sales are FINAL. No REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. 

3. Cancellations prior 60 days from the start of Summer Camp will be issued minus the REGISTRATION FEE. After this day NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. 

4. Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of Summer Camp due to medical reasons that can be fully documented with a physician’s written explanation may receive a 50% refund of the Summer Camp payments.  This provision does not apply to instances of a positive Covid test or a Covid-related quarantine or isolation for any reason. Covid-related issues are instead governed by the 60-day cancellation policy. 

5. All other cancellations are not eligible for a refunds.

6. Cancellations made by Nature Postings due to weather or other reasons will be refunded minus registration fees

7. You may transfer your registration fees or payments to another person at no cost. Please contact Nature Postings office for any cancellation and transfer requests.

By payment of any sum to Nature Postings Inc., you are acknowledging your agreement to the Terms of Service of Nature Postings Inc. as described herein.
