Experience nature through our Team and Tides Workshop. This workshop is designed to stimulate problem-solving tasks and help group members develop their capacity to work effectively together. Our challenges and initiatives are aboard kayaks. Your team will enjoy a 3 hours kayak excursions through mangroves and coastal ecosystems while working in teams to complete different challenges on kayaks. Each team building is designed to your specifications and will be lead by our residential Marine Biologists to ensure your experience is fun, challenging and educational!

Our Dynamic Nature Squad Workshop uses a variety of methods ranging from simple bonding exercises to complex simulations and multi-task adventures to develop a team (including group assessment and group-dynamic games).  Our NP Squad provides the setting, tools and guidance so your group can overcome each obstacle presented. Each team building is designed to your specifications and will be lead by our residential Marine Biologists to ensure your experience is fun and educational!

Any combination of two activities from Team and Tides and Dynamic Nature Squad. Each team building is designed to your specifications and will be lead by our residential Marine Biologists to ensure your experience is fun and educational! 

Our Leaving Footprints Leader and Educator Workshop encompasses a diversity of teaching methods specialized in experiential learning and environmental interpretation. These workshops provide variety of approaches for professional development, consultation, coaching, communities of practice, study lessons, mentoring, reflective supervision and technical assistance. Each team building is designed to your specifications and will be lead by our residential Marine Biologists to ensure your experience is fun and educational!
