Put into practice easy to follow photography techniques, using real animals as your models with Thalatta Estate Park as your background.  These workshop is for all levels and ages 5 years old to adults.  Bring your own camera or phone to become a nature photographer.  

Explore nature with a marine biologist in this nature-guided excursion. Meet us at Thalatta Estate Park and jump into the Village of Palmetto Ibus for trivia and fun games while driving to John Pennekamp State Park to enjoy three nature adventures. Pack your lunch and join our tour guides on an unforgettable journey with transportation, a guided nature hike with birdwatching, a kayak tour through the mangroves, and snorkeling in the keys. Ages 5 years and over. Minors need to be accompanied by a paying adult. ALL GEAR IS INCLUDED! SPACE IS LIMITED!

Experience Science and Nature in a full day of encounters, biking and outdoor adventures guided by our Marine Biologist.  These family days are designed to expose families and adults to nature through experiential learning such as animal encounters, dissections, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling and more.  Ages 5 years and over. Minors need to be accompanied by a paying adult. ALL GEAR IS INCLUDED! SPACE IS LIMITED!

Explore and learn about nature in this 2-day camping adventure. Campers will participate in 3 excursions (kayak, snorkeling, and nature hike) and 1 overnight program (campfire, s'mores, stargazing, and night hike) while enjoying becoming part of the wilderness and grouping together as a team.  This camping experience includes a tent, fan, flashlight, and adventure gear including snorkeling gear, binoculars, field guides, and more. Guests only bring food and sleeping bags. Private and public camping trips are available.
