To finalize all details for your camper, we need you to complete a registration and liability form before the CAMP STARTING DATE.
In the registration form on the PROGRAM Part, please write:
SUMMER CAMP 2026 WEEK 5
THE REGISTRATION FORM CAN BE FILLED OUT ONLINE:

Camp Shirt
SHIRTS ARE REQUIRED EVERY DAY for easy identification during outdoor activities. Campers will receive one shirt per week of camp for which they are registered. If your child is registered for more than one week, he/she will receive as many shirts as the camp weeks he/she is registered for. On Monday, please remind your child of the number of weeks he/she will participate, and our staff will provide all those shirts. Please let our staff know if you would like to purchase an additional shirt. The cost of an extra shirt is $40.
AUTHORIZED PICKUP
In the registration form, add ALL NAMES of people authorized to pick up your child, including possible pick-up people such as other campers’ parents or guardians. ID will be required for pick-up.
BREAKFAST BEFORE THE PROGRAM:
Your child must eat a good breakfast rich in protein and whole grains before attending the program, given the program's high-intensity activities. Our lunchtime is typically by noon.
SNACK TIME
During snacks, we offer a variety of pre-packaged options, such as chips, cookies, gummies, and juices. If your child has special allergies, we encourage you to pack extra snacks in the lunch box for this time.
MEETING LOCATION:
Our meeting location is at our Nature Postings Studio and Lab located at 20321 Old Cutler Rd, Cutler Bay, Florida 33189.
HOURS AND DROP-OFF/PICK-UP PROCEDURE:
- Hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Drop-off and pick-up will be behind the building. Please follow the signs in the parking lot and drive around the building to drop it off and pick it up. Parents or visitors are not allowed inside the studio to avoid contamination and keep the number of participants safe. We will not open our doors before 8:30 am. From 8 am to 8:30, our staff disinfects the lab and common areas before participants arrive to minimize the spread of disease. We do not offer after-school care; all kids need to be picked up between 4:30 and 5:00 pm.
BIKES, HELMETS AND WATER BOTTLE HOLDERS
Bikes and helmets are required every day. Due to the limited space, we do not allow participants to leave their bikes in the facility. Please make sure to check your kids’ bikes before camp starts; this includes breaks and tires. Biking is our only way of transportation between activities. To minimize the contact of water bottles with other water bottles, we require a bottle holder for each bike or a basket where kids can keep their water bottles while biking. WE DO NOT ALLOW camel bags; this does not keep the water cold enough and kids get really tired carrying them in the bag. We bike up to 10 miles in one day.
NO REFUND DUE TO LIMITED SPACE:
- We understand family emergencies, surprise vacations, and sickness, but our program has limited space. Last-minute cancellations limit the opportunities for other families to be part of the adventures. Refunds will not be available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
REGISTRATION FEES
All of our sales include a 7% Registration Fee. This fee includes credit card charges, bank charges, and website fees. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If camp is canceled, these fees will not be refunded.
